When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During major launches or sales, processing may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Are ColourPop products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We are 100% cruelty-free and do not test on animals. We are also proud to be PETA certified. Many of our products are also vegan, which you can find listed in the product descriptions.
How should I store my Super Shock Shadows?
To keep your Super Shock formulas creamy and pigmented, make sure to close the jar tightly after every use. Exposure to air for long periods can cause the unique formula to dry out.
